A non banking finance company. It is registered under Reserve Bank of India 45IA of Reserve Bank of India Act 1934. Chemm Finance focuses on providing finance for various types of requirements. The prudential norms prescribed by RBI with regard to asset classification, provisioning and KYC norms are adhered to. The Company, is based out of Bangalore and situated at our corporate office.
The various products and and services of the company are as follows:
  1. Leasing and Hire Purchase

    2. Finance is provided for purchase of Assets like machinery & Vehicle including 2nd hand vehicle (less than 3 years old)

  2. Short Term Loan

    3. Short Term loans repayable within one/two years are provided to customers against securities like property title deeds. Personal loans are also considered against security of LIC policies/Shares etc

  3. Mortgage Loan

    4. Mortgage loans are sanctioned to customers repayable in one lumpsum or in installments of 12/24 Months

  4. Gold loans

    5. Gold Hire Purchase for purchase of gold ornaments :-

    • Gold Hire purchase loans are provided at reasonable interest rates to customers for purchase of gold ornaments. These loans are repayable in 12/24 months in equal monthly installments.
    • Gold loans are available at attractive rate of interest and with maximum amount per gram of gold.
    • Cash /Cheque will be issued within short span of time.
    • Maximum loan will be provided per gram of gold and lowest rate of interest is being charged with reducing balance method.
  5. Chemm Finance has also introduced few unique schemes which are mentioned below The Cash Against Gold and Rupee Deposit Scheme etc.
